Helping young men find their 'why' and purpose in life, while gaining the confidence to become the best version of themselves and achieve anything they desire.
I've Been Where You Are.
Hi, I'm Iolo - a 19‑year‑old certified coach and a university student studying psychology and business. My path here hasn’t been simple. I grew up navigating bullying, being told by teachers that I’d never amount to anything because of my learning difficulties, and watching people my age slip into addiction and lose themselves simply because they didn’t have the support they deserved.
At some point I started to believe the story that I wasn’t good enough. That belief pushed me so far away from who I really was that I fell into my own trap - chasing hustle culture, obsessing over money, and living through social media. I thought success would fix everything. Instead, I gained weight, lost my sense of identity, and poured my energy into things that had nothing to do with the person I wanted to become. I didn’t realise it then, but I was running from myself.
Everything changed when I finally stopped running. I realised that money means nothing if you don’t know who you are — and that no amount of achievement can fill the space left by self‑doubt.
Today, I’m at university, in the best shape of my life, and genuinely clear on my direction. I’m passionate about learning, long-distance running, about helping others grow, and about guiding young men to find their ‘why’ — because I know exactly how life changes when you finally understand it.
That’s why I do this work. To be the support I needed. To help young men find themselves before they lose themselves. To show them that their story can change, just like mine did.
Why Work With Me
I'm not just someone who studied coaching from a textbook. Everything I teach I've lived.
I've used the goal setting frameworks, coaching methodologies, and behavioural change tools I work with - going from overweight, unconfident, and getting D's in year 11 and 12 to becoming a double degree Psychology and Business student at university, achieving high distinctions.
Here's what I bring to every client:
Certified Thought Conductor Practitioner Coach — Level 1
ICF Accreditation — in progress
Psychology & Business Student, University of Canberra
Certificate III in Fitness
Extensive study in goal achievement, behavioural change, and coaching frameworks
Workshops and ongoing professional development in coaching and human behaviour
Hands on experience working with people with disabilities — bringing patience, adaptability, and genuine care to every session
I don't just understand the theory. I've done the work myself — and I know exactly what it takes to help someone else do it too.

This is a straightforward session to see if we're a good fit to work together. We’ll go through what you’re currently struggling with, what you want to get out of coaching, and exactly how my process works. If we both feel like we’re aligned at the end of the call. We can talk about what the next steps look like.
